Michael started working with his family's real estate business in 1995 as a full time broker straight after graduating from Appalachian State University.  Stan Byrd Realtors has been in business since 1978 and has been located on main street in Archdale from the beginning. Michael opened Nautical Waves Realty, LLC in 2010 to help his clients find their second home or Beach house in the coastal towns of Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach and Sunset Beach. Michael also landed a master listing contract with the VA to help them sell their homes at the coast. So, Michael has you covered from the Triad area of North Carolina to the small Coastal Towns of North Carolina in Brunswick County.
